TIPS leverages generative AI infrastructures. Architectures provided by ILaaS (a shared federation aiming for a trusted, robust, ethical, and energy-conscious generative AI) are highly recommended. Continued usage of OpenAI corporate infrastructures remains available.

Privacy Policy

AUNEGe is committed to processing personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The only sensitive data handled by the TIPS application are the username, first name, last name of the user, and their educational institution. This data is never transmitted to the artificial intelligence models. Large Language Models (LLMs) provided by the ILaaS federation are recommended, ensuring that the exchanged messages will not be used to train or enrich these models. When OpenAI models (LLMs) are used, messages exchanged with the artificial intelligence may be used to train those systems. Therefore, it is strongly advised against sharing sensitive data. Data is stored on the TIPS application for a maximum duration of 5 years.

This tool reflects the collaborative academic work presented by Olivier Catteau (IRIT), Christophe Leyronas (TBS Education), Stéphanie Loup (LGTO), Laurent Teresi (LERASS), and Cédric Teyssié (IRIT).
For the purpose of continuous tool improvement and scientific research conducted by IRIT, LGTO, LERASS, TBS Education, and AUNEGE, the interactions with the artificial intelligence will be analyzed holistically. Any scientific publication will be completely anonymized to respect the absolute confidentiality of all ongoing projects.

Accessibility

Compliance Status: TIPS does not comply with Version 4 of the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA) because there are no valid audit results available to measure compliance with the criteria. In the absence of an audit, all content will be considered inaccessible.

However, the application complies with 83 of the 106 criteria defined by the RGAA. We are committed to implementing as many best practices as possible to make our site as accessible as possible.
